I have been responsible for the primary costuming of our show choir for the past three years and I have never utilized a show choir costuming company before. Following an online search for such a company, Rivar's was at the top of the list, which is where they belong. From the prompt delivery of sample fabrics and garments, their customer service continued with try-on and fitting garments to the finished product we could not be more pleased. All garments arrived on a hanger, labeled with each choir member's name. This feature made the sorting of costumes very easy. They are truly a high-caliber team. We have been working with Rivar's to costume our 140 member chorus for various Sweet Adeline Chorus competitions for the past
12 years. Each time we go through the process it is a huge undertaking because of the large number of women and differnt body types. Rivars always has so many choices in fabrics and trim and their customer service is great! Beth always listens to our "crazy" design ideas and then she and her staff make them work.
This past competition in Houston, TX we did a remake of and old costume. The fabric we picked from Rivars samples was beautiful and we asked to have a gathered sleeve that Beth's design team did beautifully. We are so ever grateful to all of you for the attention to detail and quality workmanship. Thanks for making us look great!!!!!.

The costumes look great!!! We got so many compliments on our costumes - and the high school kids nicknamed them the Hollywood Headliners (they are the Hazelwood Headliners) because they were so dazzling. Thank you for getting the costumes finished and shipped in time for our shows!

Every dress was exactly right! You should have seen one of our singers when she tried hers on. I don't think she had ever had a dress like this on, and she was one of those kids who look absolutely transformed in a dress like this. The look on her face was like, "Wow, I'm gorgeous!" And she was. It was really cool. Please be sure the supervisors of those folks know what a great job they did also.

On the score sheet, my show choirs consistently receive high marks under the "Costumes" category; and Rivar's is the backbone of that success. EVERY moment I have been in need, someone has been there for us, even if they are NOT our assigned representative. For example, this year we traveled to Florida. The day we were leaving, we had a costuming issue and I needed to talk to someone...our representative was in a meeting and another representative heard my concern, filled an order for us, and shipped what we needed to our hotel in Florida. When we arrived 24 hours later from Iowa, our package was there as promised. Then, our representative went above and beyond by calling to make sure we had received the costume piece and to see if everything was OK.
Rivar's claims they have award winning customer service...they couldn't have said it any better. I will continue to use Rivar's because of their product, but also because of their friendly and personal touch.

I can't begin to express how much visiting the showroom changed our concept of our show. I will be the first one to say that at times the whole show choir experience is daunting and frustrating, but visiting your showroom and seeing the options and truly crafting a costume that worked with our show rather than just looked nice on a page was a transforming moment. I will never pick a costume from a catalog again! The staff was exceedingly helpful and helped experiment with us until we found the perfect combination for our upcoming season.
